Paint by Numbers: e-commerce

I started this website on October 2017, expecting to learn more about e-commerce. I’ve been working on this project during my free time and weekends, being responsible for:

– Development of the whole strategy, segment choice, product, suppliers and target audience;
– Website design, SEO;
– Emails marketing, Ads campaigns on Google AdWords, Google Merchant, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads/Instagram.
– Customer support channels.

Since the begining, I’ve been improving constantly the website with regularly customer’s feedbacks, making user and design tests, new ways of acquiring new customers and old customers retention, through analysis of BI reports.

Here are some highlights:
– More than 13k painting kits sold in 12 months, to 88 different countries
– 10% abandoned checkout recovery
– 20K visitors monthly
– 22% returning customer rate
